Two Photographs of child

Original Birth Certificate

Xerox of Father’s Caste certificate in case of backward class student

Xerox of Students & Parents Adhar Card

Admission is considered to be confirmed only after the payment of fees and submission of all the required documents as mentioned above. If fees not paid on the given date, the admission of child considered as cancelled and child on the waiting list will eligible to get the admission.
