“Sankalp English School – Thane” was established in the year 1999 and is managed by “Om Saishankar Dnyanprasarak Educational Trust" & The school is built in the Memory of Late Shri. Narayan Gopal Patil. The school is administered by a team of dedicated Management members. The school follows S.S.C. (Maharashtra Board) curriculam and follows "English language with Indian Culture".
 The Chairman of the Trust is Mr. Arjun Parab. The founder of the school Mr. Raj Parab & Mrs. Jyoti Parab has taken enormous pains to bring their dream into reality.
 
They had to undergo enormous pressure of surrounding factors but ultimately their strong determination and undeterred vision saw all the problems vanishing one after another. They marched ahead with certain principles to which they were committed. Their efficient management has been a source of inspiration for the staff and their timely guidance with valuable advice has always made everyone around to work with zeal and passion. The active participation and co – operation of the teaching staff is also an important factor which has brought this institution to the ladder of success and all those efforts made to provide all possible opportunities of the best education and development of an all-round personality of the child to meet the challenges of a competitive future.

The motto of the “Sankalp English School - Thane” is to train the future generations to face challenging situations & inculcate in them the value of self-discipline and a sense of responsibility to bring out all round development of Body – Mind – Spirit of the student and to develop every student as a global citizen through the simultaneous realization of academic, physical, cultural and spiritual aspiration.
 
We have proud of our Indian tradition & culture. To maintain the cultural heritage, we celebrate all the Indian festivals with parents, students & teachers.
 
We have "Saibaba Temple" in our pleasant school campus due to enormous faith on God, so in our school we also celebrate “SaiBhandara” and “DuttaJayanti” to learn religious manners.
 
The school endeavors to develop and maintain high moral and academic standard. It is a close knit family atmosphere that inculcates self-discipline, cultural heritage, leadership, patriotism, service to mankind and individual attention to each child in the right manner.
 
We also light the lamp of learning not only Academics but also extra-curricular activities such as Yoga, Computer, Sports etc. to make them “A Complete & Perfect child” so that they can mould a better tomorrow for our nation.
