Ashadhi Ekadashi is an auspicious day of God Shri.Vitthal and is a festival of religious procession which is celebrated during the month of June-July.As per the Marathi calendar, it is Aashadh Shukla Paksha. People consider, Ekadashi,of every month to be of special significance.And the eleventh day (bright) of Ashadh is known as the Maha (great) Ekadashi. ”

Our school celebrated Ashadi Ekadashi with great enthusiasm worshiping Lord Vitthal, the Puja was done by the President of our school Mr. Raj Parab sir, Vice President Mrs. Jyoti Parab Madam and Head Mistress Mrs. Ruchi Parkar Madam. For the celebration we decorated Palkhi  beautifully with flowers and rangoli around it. Teachers had come dressed up in traditional attire also the students of Nursery and Kg. Section were dressed as ‘Warkaris’ participated in the Dindi procession. Some students played  the roles of Vitthal and  Rukmini which encouraged students from different cultural backgrounds to come together and celebrate the function with sincere devotion.The programme concluded with the Aarti of Lord 'Vitthal'.
